Seafood Pizza

Serves 4-6

 

CRUST:

Beat the eggs, then mix with cream and oil, then add dry mix and some water, keep adding water until dough consistency with no lumps.

Spread on a greased baking pan (250x300x50mm), bake at 180 C for 25 minutes, let cool.

FILLING:

Chop the fish with a fork, mix with all the ingredients except for cheese.

Spread your mixture evenly over the crust, top up with the grated cheese.

Bake at 125 C for 40 minutes.
